Is global warming WORSE than we think?
Ocean temperatures are rising 'up to 152% faster' than believed, study claims
  • Scientists claim temperature data in southern hemisphere is inaccurate
  • The team looked at direct and inferred sea temperature measurements
  • They compared this with the results of climate models from 1970-2003
  • Study says we have been sucking up twice as much man-made heat
  • Scientists have now recommended increasing estimates of the rate of ocean warming by between 48 per cent and 152 per cent

Global warming is worse than we thought, according to a study that claims temperature readings in the southern hemisphere have been inaccurate.
The US research suggests that we have been sucking up more than twice as much of the heat created by greenhouse gases than previously believed.
Scientists have now recommended increasing estimates of the rate of ocean warming by between 48 per cent and 152 per cent.
Is Climate Change Worse than we think? Ocean Temperatures are RisingScientists at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California claim climate change is worse than believed because temperature data in southern hemisphere has been inaccurate. Pictured are is a robotic profiling float which has been used to provide more accurate data on ocean temperature in recent years
Ocean warming is a key marker for global warming as they can store more than 90 per cent of man-made excess heat. Warmer oceans are also connected to rising sea levels.
World problems are a clear sign of the nearness of Chirst's return to this Earth to Establish God's Kingdom as Promised as we read in Luke 21:25-28
"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."
